Pullulanase PU-700

Pullulanase PU-700 is derived from selected strains of Bacillus licheniformis by submerged fermentation and refining extraction process. This enzyme is especially used for hydrolysisof Pullulan. PU-700 can efficiently cut glucosidic bonds of the amylopectin , then cut the entire branch structure to produce amyloase. PU-700 is typically used in combination with glucoamylase for the production of high glucose syrup and high maltose syrup.

Lipase LP-2000

Lipase LP-2000 is produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process. Its high activity and conversion rate enables LP-2000 not only hydrolyze fat to produce mono- or diglycerides and free fatty acids, but also catalyze ester synthesis and transesterification reactions. Fatty acids can act assubstrates for the endogenous lipoxygenase contained in the dough, bleach the colored materials in the dough. Lipase LP-2000 is widely used in the production of flour treatment agents. It is typically used in compounding with fungal alpha- amylase, glucose oxidase and xylanase to achieve superior effects.

Neutral Protease

Neutral Protease NP-1000 is produced from Non-GMO strains of Bacillus subtilis through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process. NP-1000 catalyzes protein hydrolysis in neutral environment and generates peptide and a small quantity of amino acids. NP-1000 is widely used in baking industry. A neutral protease that can weaken the dough strength, gives an ideal plasticity and extensibility of the dough, shortens mixing time, enables distinct layers and uniform structure and crisp of biscuits, improves the flavor and fragrance of baked products.

Thermostable alpha amylase

HT-800 is a low pH tolerated Heat-stable Alpha-Amylase produced from selected strains of Bacillus licheniformis through submerged fermentation and refining extraction processes. HT-800 is an endoamylase which can rapidly decrease the viscosity of gelatinous starch solutions by randomly hydrolyzing starch, glycogen and its degradation products within glucosidic bonds to produce soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides. As a robust Alpha-Amylase with superior thermal stability, HT-800 has found its wide application in the production of starch sugar.

Food Grade Glucoamylase

SUPERMEI GD is a robust glucoamylase produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining processes. It has a high conversion rate from starch substrates to fermentable sugars. SUPERMEI GD can hydrolyze glucosidic bonds from the nonreducing end of starch one after another. Use of SUPERMEI GD in the production of alcohol and brewing enables faster fermentation, more alcohol yields and less starch residuals.
